I am sorry America

Back in November, I seriously considered voting for Tom Allan, the Democratic  opposition to Susan Collins.  My wife thought I lost my mind and others thought it was well out of character.  But my take was that at least Allan was honest about who he was and what he intended to do, not that I agreed with it.  But in the final reel I couldn't do it and voted for Collins.  Down the road from me in Corrina Maine there is a shop that make T-shirts, Howie Carr is always giving them away to promote the guys business.  There have been some cool ones that I wanted but never bought one.  Such as "Joe the Plumber speaks for me" and January 20, 2013, which of course is the day Obama will be kicked out of office.  I am going to have one made that says "I apologize America, I voted for Susan Collins.  Yes the Porkulus package would have passed if Tom Allan was there but there would not have been a deal that makes Republicans look like they supported this piece of crap.  Not that 3 traitors makes a bipartisan be.

I am not sure why, because it was finally over I guess, but I had the first good nights sleep in a long time.  But I am energized and will be fighting until they take all my  rights away, which probably won't be long.

It is time to start getting the most amount of Conservatives in Congress as possible for 2010 and start working on what needs to be done to take the White House back in 2012.  I suggest you contact your State Republican Committees and volunteer and do what ever you can, so we can take back our country before we loose it all.

Time to get ready for the next battle, bailing out the banks.  Boy they have to do a whole lot better job than they did last year.  I had this thought.  I am betting there are a lot of financial wizards out there that could do a far better job than the present management of the failed banks, why throw good money after bad.  Let us try funding some new banks that could actually do a decent job.  Although much of the banking problems have been caused by government, so I am not so sure this is a bright idea.

We just need to take the medicine bad taste and all with foreclosures.  Why someone who  should never have received a mortgage in the first place be helped, why would we help them stay in that home, sounds crazy to me.  If they have any income at all we might help them get into a home they can afford.   It seems to me that there are so many houses available under foreclosure that there will be expensive ones and cheaper ones.  A bank has two mortgages in the same town, one for $500,000 and the people can't afford it and one for $200,000 that they could afford.  Why not offer the $200,000 house without points to the buyer.  Your not kicking them out of their home your offering them a alternative, although it is that or the street.  It seems to me there are so many creative things that could be done.   There was a housing bubble and it burst and hasn't bottomed, nothing Government can do will stop that, so why wasted Billions and even Trillions of dollars trying.
